SMT Production Line Description
Two functions: suction plate vacuum and cleaning vacuum.
Platform Regulation System
Using the world's most advanced UVW platform regulation system which the straight connecting structure with gapless lead screw. It has greatly enhance the accuracy of platform.
Fixed Steel Mesh
The steel mesh using pneumatic and manual fixation,increase stabilization in the process of printing.
Conveyor System
The conveyor guide rail use reinforced rail which adopts enhanced steel material. Make the conveyor system more stronger and improve stability of lifting.
Scraper System
1. 1009 using the fifth generation direct-connected scraper. The system is composed of two separate scraper heads. Each scraper head is driven directly by a high-precision motor. The working position of scraper can be detected automatically . The machine has warning notice when pressure abnormal . The solder paste can be printed accurately and evenly on the PCB, in order to improve the effective of surfacing technical.
2. The system can help improving the process of Patented pattern by Desen, making steel mesh straight during demoulding.
3. Scraper self-protection system is Desen proprietary features. The spring system among scraper head can absorb excessive scraper pressure . Avoiding scraper and steel mesh damage because of over pressure setting
Cleaning System
1. The cleaning system is programmable control and automatic. Three combination cleaning methods could be selected dry cleaning ,wet cleaning and vacuum cleaning. Vacuum cleaning is supported with a dedicated fan, makes it powerful and effective . It can be completely clear the residue solder paste in steel mesh , avoiding blockage of steel mesh , in order to ensure the quality of printing.
2. Sprinkler system ensure spraying evenly, from top to bottom,the length of spray can be created automatically according to product size. It can also control the dosage of alcohol and stencil cleaning paper, saving consumables effectively.
